Costco will accept returns within 90 days (from the date the member receives the merchandise) for this product.
Delivery: The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 to 5 business days from the time of order. Delivery agent will call to set up a delivery appointment.
Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the delivery agent. Island, mountain and rural/remote delivery locations are subject to longer delivery times than stated above and possible cancellation when outside the carrier's delivery zone.

2. The freight carrier will call you when the item(s) arrives at their terminal to make a delivery appointment.
3. If the truck needs to return another day, storage and/or re-delivery charges may apply.
4. Your item(s) will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver.
5. Your item(s) will be delivered either curb-side or to your loading dock.
6. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). **You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item(s) or packaging on the delivery receipt or if refusing delivery due to damage, please note on the delivery receipt "refused due to damage".
7. Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid.
8. Please note Costco Business Delivery reserves the right to make delivery in installments when necessary.
**How to Inspect your Item:
1. Is the box wrapped in plastic? If yes, please remove the plastic so the box is clearly visible.
2. Does the box have any creases or is it ripped? If yes, please cut open the creased or ripped area of the box to inspect the actual unit for dents, dings or holes:
