Queso Fresco is made with pasteurized cow's milk. It is a crumbly cheese similar to feta, goat cheese, or blue cheese. However, unlike more strongly flavored crumbly cheeses, the flavor of Queso Fresco is smooth – fresh, lively, dairy and pleasant – bringing authentic flavor and more tradition to everything you cook.
Our unique formula uses whole milk. This combination of higher milk fat content with lower moisture content makes our Queso Fresco a creamier and smoother texture. It is dense but easy to crumble, making it perfect for any dish.
